 Urban farm*Hollygrove Market and Farm (8301 Olive St., 504-483-7307) holds its seventh annual Party in the Garden fundraiser on May 16. The nonprofit functions as an urban farm and market where local farmers and small artisanal producers can sell their goods.* Monday?s event features live music from local bands Hot Tooth and Greazy Alice, a raffle and food and drink from a crop of local chefs, pop-ups and bartenders. Drinks include the Smash & Grab cocktail from 12 Mile Limit, which features aged rum, Blue Curacao, lemon juice and mint.? |
