Brewsday Tuesday: Crying Eagle becomes Louisiana's 25th brewery
 Crying Eagle Brewing Company (1165 E. McNeese St., www.cryingeagle.com) in Lake Charles received its state license to brew beer, making it the state?s 25th brewery. Brewmaster Bill Mungai is brewing Crying Eagle?s initial offerings on the 30-barrel brewhouse: Calcasieu Common, a steam beer; The Chuck, an American cream ale; and Ready to Mingle, a Belgian-style single. These flagship beers will be available on draft and in cans, with distribution by Crescent Crown. ? |
