 HBO documentary The Loving Story examines the lives of Mildred and Richard Loving, who were arrested in 1958 and prosecuted under Virginia's anti-miscegenation laws for their interracial marriage. The film will be screened Thursday, August 11 at 6:00 P.M. at the Old U.S. Mint, 400 Esplanade Ave. Following the film will be a discussion led by Tulane Law Professor Dr. Robert St. Martin Westley.? |
