Following several months of renovations and a brief name change, Lucy?s Retired Surfer Bar & Restaurant*(701 Tchoupitoulas St., 504-523-8995) is open again, with an expanded bar and dining space and an updated menu.

The Warehouse District watering hole popular with the after-work CBD crowd went through a name change earlier in the year ? briefly becoming*701 Bar during a trademark dispute with one of the restaurant's former partners. The restaurant?s owners quickly reclaimed the Lucy?s name after adding partners at Kirkendoll Management.
