Krewe du VIeux's subkrewes announce their themes (and they're funny)
 The satirical Krewe du Vieux ? as always, unencumbered by good taste ? has issued its annual "Le Monde de Merde" bulletin in advance of its Jan. 27 parade, and its various subkrewes have come up with some hilarious parade themes. The Seeds of Decline, for instance, will present "The Besh is Yet to Come," a $69.69 prix fixe dinner ("Tip included, like it or not") with specialties like "Lift Your Skirt Steak" and "See You in Court Bouillion." The Krewe of Comatose has a raw food menu including "Oysters Yenni," "Ceviche Frank Scurlock" and "Sashimi Chris Owens."? |
