Walter 'Wolfman' Washington to release album on ANTI- Records April 20

New Orleans guitar man Walter "Wolfman" Washington makes his debut on ANTI- Records on April 20 with My Future Is My Past, helmed by Galactic's Ben Ellman with performances from Irma Thomas, Ivan Neville and Jon Cleary.

The 74-year-old guitarist and howling soul singer steps out from his longtime band the Roadmasters for an intimate collection of heartfelt, soul-bearing arrangements ? the album's first single is the jazz-inspired "Save Your Love for Me."

?When you?re with a band, you have to really punch it out," he said in a statement announcing the album's release.?
