this is a discussion within the NOLA Community Forum; Unfortunately awful city planning has led to everyone using an interstate!!! New Orleans, Southern Louisiana generates too much GDP to not have a better interstate system AND local commute system... Keep the oil revenue here! Keep the chemical revenue here!...
