Being a Coach POP disciple has its benefits and may prove a better choice than Thibodeaux! The last time I checked, Coach POP is one of the better coaches in the league. Something must have rubbed off on Monty, you would hope. Besides, it looks like Thibodeaux is leveraging his services.
