I will be featured in a one-hour special on ESPN Friday night where I will be announcing what I will be eating for lunch on Saturday. All proceeds from advertising will go to the Refill D's Pantry Foundation. Sound ridiculous? So does this LeBron crap.

You know what I find more interesting than LeBron's decision? The chess game that's going to go on in the sports media tonight and tomorrow.

Will ESPN staffers find out LeBron's selection pre-broadcast? If so, how long before the episode and can they keep it from getting leaked? Will another media outlet get a credible source on LeBron's decision and spill the news in order to pillage ESPN's ratings? This could set a big precedent, one way or the other, for other future big sports announcements versus the traditional press conference.

It won't be on YouTube for a while. I gotta make that cheddar, so it will be released on DVD very soon.
