Thankfully the article, while praising the Hornets excellent draft, doesn't ignore this elephant in the room. Following these picks, the Hornets might only be a Center away from really turning things around.
The apparent lack of interest in re-signing Kaman is puzzling to me, but perhaps the Hornets have someone else in mind. I certainly hope they do ...
I was really hoping we'd get a decent center as well but the more I think about it, having a a bigger PG that can get in there and solo attack gives us more options immediately and we can build on it down the road. We can get a decent center in a year or two, just about the time these two picks mature.
