Demps makes personnel moves he should have got the ax first. Monty is a class guy so it is harder to swallow but it's the business. They all know it. He had 5 years to make his mark. This team just did not close out games during his tenure. He looked defeated during the playoffs. Sometime a coach can only take a team so far and then it's time for a change. Monty will be much better at his next opportunity. Best wishes to Monty and his family. Great person.

I still don't know if I like this move. I think the team have been improving and now he finally had som pieces in place around AD to work with.
