In the NBA the job of an NBA coach is to actually get your players to buy in to your scheme and attempt to execute it. If the players will also play as hard as possible then to me the coach has done his job. Anyone watching the Pels recently have seen a team with a consistent identity and purpose. Throw in the fact that they've been hustling and playin D like madmen and.......good job Coach Gentry. Bring on the Warriors!
