I wanted DA gone at the end of last year. Then we got him talent this season and his system worked for a change. He needs top talent to help them play well and succeed. After the tough cuts DA won't have the talent he needs to succeed. If he goes I'm fine with that.
If he stays then his coaching style will lead to us picking higher in the draft. Win/win?
