That is the type of LB we need. We have to get better in space especially with our LB coverage. Baun is not a coverage LB either. Davis is good be he will be a year older. Behind him, we have nothing.

Yep agree a new quick coverage LB is a must. Look at the division and the talent on the other rosters there and the problems they cause.

Would be happy to see more linemen though.
Armstead deal is big and will need renewing and the issue is how often he breaks down. If you are paying a guy top 5 position money he needs to be starting 16 games most seasons. Oh and someone to play LG so Peat can get shown the door(my God that contract should be a near sackable offence)

Zaven Collins from Tulsa is another LB who could slide to the 2nd round.

There are some scouts comparing his skill set to Jamie Collins (Saints were interested in him pre draft) no relation.

Love the player, hate the fit in Dennis Allen’s defense. Zaven Collins is such a tweener/hybrid player and Dennis Allen has no creativity when it comes to these type of players. The most creative Dennis Allen gets is using a safety as a nickel CB.

I’ve been diving into some of the safeties in this year’s class with the potential departure of Marcus Williams. I’m loving TCU’s Trevon Moehrig!

I think he's the 1st safety taken in the draft.

Rangy & takes good angles. TCU played a lot of cover 2 his Jr year.

Cowboys are definitely interested as well.
