This draft could not have gone any worse for the Saints. First they tried to trade into the top 10 for CB’s Horn or Surtain... no deal. Then, they tried trading in front of the Patriots for Mac Jones... no deal. They end up stuck at 28 and pick Davenport 2.0 with Sean Payton doing a presser afterwards sounding so defeated and pulling stuff out of his a$$ to talk up the pick.

Now in the 2nd round this happened:



We end up stuck with a two-down LB instead.

At least we got CB Paulson Adebo... the saving grace of this draft class.
