It's not a Bucs fan. It is a sports website that covers Tampa Bay football, JoeBucsFan.com.

Florio even addressed it on ProFootballTalk ...

While the payment is made between a pair of players and apparently not organized or sanctioned by the team, it’s a practice that easily could spread to more players and, eventually, become part of the fabric of the Tampa Bay defense.

The Saints got penalised for dancing without masks, when at least 5 or 6 others didn't. Commish won't do anything.
