IMO that's a terrific hire and upgrade.

He was very impressive up here with Marinelli/Cowboys.

Love the move as well. If we can get Nolan back as linebacker coach, we’d be in very good shape to coach up these new guys that will prolly be coming in

Now I’m looking up if any of his former Seahawks DB’s are going to be available in free agency that we might bring in. Lo and behold, CB Shaquill Griffin is a free agent.

Kris is a no nonsense guy. Saw a lot of him up here while coaching the Cows. Not a lot of missed assignments/blown coverages.

He expects a lot from his players, teaches and demands excellence on those boundaries. Marshon Lattimore could really benefit here from KR as his new position coach.

Maybe even we find a way to re sign Marcus Williams (Free Agent) and he gets coached up into a serious ball hawk.

Seem to be losing a few Coaches to the Lions but signing Kris Richard is good move.

Change is the only way to get better. We have to change coaches because of our coaches being poached. We've had really good coaches lately. Let's restock the pantry.

Kris Richard has drafted and coached some impressive players.

Most of those players were late round picks. Think about that for a moment. It looks obvious to me that he knows how to work with individuals and the team as well.

He's a great addition for sure. But I would add that John Schneider probably had more draft influence than KR did. Schneider is to late round gems as Loomis is to Cap Mastery. But a great hire for sure.

Kris is an exceptional secondary coach & was groomed by sneaky Pete Carroll. Here are a few names that have been linked with KR coming to New Orleans in 2021 :

Jourdan Lewis
Chidobe Awuzie
Tye Smith
Shaquill Griffin
C.J. Goodwin

All played for Richard either with the Seahawks or DeathStarNation (Dallas).
