I watched all his interviews during golf coverage and he looked absolutely fine to me. Not sure where you are getting that he looked "stoned". By the way, they are saying that there were no signs at all of any impairment. He was simply driving on a dangerous stretch of that road that has produced a high number of speed related accidents.
They said he was acting very irritated when leaving the hotel. They probably screwed up his wake-up call or something. |
