Apparently accidents at this location are fairly common. You'd think they'd do something to prevent the same from constantly happening. Perhaps speed bumps.

And looking at the front end of that SUV I doubt a head-on collision would have been anymore damaging.

They said he was acting very irritated when leaving the hotel. They probably screwed up his wake-up call or something.

I find it hard to believe Tiger Woods relies on a wake up call. That stuff went out in the 90’s. Most people had cell phones by then, especially a rich dude like Tiger.

No more of a supposition than yours.

As for his appearance in that interview with Jim Nance, you do realize he was on his fifth day of acting as host for the tournament which the day before had been suspended for several hours due to heavy winds and was forced to finish the third round in the wee hours of that morning before starting the final round, right? The guy was non-stop making appearances for the entire week. Anyone would be a bit bedraggled at that point. Stoned looking? No, I didn't see it. Worse for wear? Of course. That is to be expected under those circumstances.

But, if that is how you define stoned looking then, fine. I simply understood the context and concluded something far more plausible.

Oh, and I didn't need to go to youtube. We watched every minute of the coverage on golf network and CBS, especially since hometown boy Sam Burns had the lead in every round. We always watch golf except when NFL is on during the season.

I never said it WAS a missed wake up call. I said something like that could have happened. It could have been the valet taking too long to get his car. It could have been delays at breakfast. It could have been any number of things. I was just saying he was described as being very irritated at something when he rushed off that morning. Irritation is usually triggered by something, right?

Oh, and we use wake up calls on board ship whenever we have somewhere to be at port at a specific time in the morning. It is far more common than you might imagine.

About me? No. That never entered my mind. Not sure where you got that idea. I've been betting you had bet someone that Tiger was intoxicated. Right? If so you are loaded with a blank. LOL. Not only did the Sherriff's office say that there were no signs at all of impairment, but that there would be the routine toxicology examines that accompany all accidents at the hospital. The announcement yesterday was that the accident was indeed just that and there no charges warranted.
