Saints have had trade conversations regarding Malcom Brown

It's a new NFL, new league.

I can somewhat see why the Saints are prioritizing the secondary (FA Marcus Williams) over our stout run defense. A lot of teams have become "pass happy".

Small sample size, but I like Malcolm Roach. He showed a lot last season.

We lost more games late because of the deep threat, more than any other the past ten years...

As you said, a pass happy league...

Linebacker will be critical to get right, but you only need two~three for defensive package if you're running 4-3 variants...

X factor here could be Coach Kris Richard. I have a lot of confidence in his ability to put guys in position to make plays on the back end.

Byron Jones, along with rookies Awuzie and Lewis improved their game under KR while up here in Dallas.
