2021 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook

I don't think we see Mike in a Saints jersey again to be honest. They'll get pennies on the pound trading him in the offseason. With a post June 1st tag they can free up nearly 16ml on salary next year though you eat 9ml in dead money. Don't think we hear the true stories till a trade or cut happens next year. Might get lucky with a team like the Eagles(multiple 1sts)wanting a proven pass catcher who might be willing to trade. I just don't see him here,not sure he wants to be either.

Have people forgotten how severe Payton’s doghouse is?? Brandin Cooks was traded and vilified for implying in a tweet that he wanted the ball more. After what Michael Thomas has pulled this year he’s as good as gone.

It sucks how his trade value has diminished. If only the Saints knew then what hey know now.

High ankle sprains can be tricky. Set back (maybe rushed back) for sure. The medical team will shut him down in 2021.

Unfortunate.
