As of yesterday, OverTheCap had us at ($10,113,021)* in the hole...

Imagine once league office has approved the recent crop of free agent contracts, Saints FO will rework some of these cap numbers that are reflected in the above number:

Terron Armstead $16,225,000
Ryan Ramczyk $11,064,000
Marcus Williams $10,612,000 *Included Against Cap
Marshon Lattimore $10,244,000

Since Marcus Williams hasn't signed his franchise tag, we're essentially right there at the cap...
