The smart guy doesn't want a lump sum, he forms an LLC with all of his family members then buys the possible variations, turns around and sells them to the NFL as follows. The he URL for $1 per click, and .10 on every piece of merchandise for perpetuity (paid out in full monthly)..

Did I forget to throw in a club box on the 50 at the Super Dome? Ima take that too.
