In the 2021 draft the Saints have targeted anyone whose first name
starts with a P. After failing to trade up for Penei Sewell and Patrick Surtain II they selected Payton Turner, Pete Werner, and Paulson Adebo. So, I looked up their next logical pick, the top remaining player with a P first name: Paris Ford of Pitt. We don’t really need a Safety, but CGJ is talking about wanting more money than we should pay him, so some leverage could be smart. He has a small frame and some character concerns but is supposedly everywhere on the field and very versatile and hard hitting. He opted out so he has upside as a late round pick who might have had a breakout year. Comp is Budda Baker. I could be on board with the pick.
