Is New Orleans still carrying a voodoo curse? I thought that Katrina washed away the sins of the city.

And then it went right back to its corrupt ways; politicians stealing money meant for flood protection and lining their pockets with social causes contracts...

If y’all think it’s just Norlens get real, we pay the highest tax rate in the south and still have the biggest potholes, but the politicians add more and more companies to there ownership after elected. Humm?
