Yeah, but most doctors that I know aren't in it for the money. Although, my oncologist said that if he had to do it over again he would have gone into a different field and this was to a man who might die so I believed him. He saved my life and I just imagine what I would have done without him specifically to agree to my aggressive treatments. Probably died.
If we ever get MedBeds, it'll hopefully make oncology surgeries a thing of the past.

I know more than a few doctors that would have taken the chance to play in the NFL over a career as an MD. Many go into the field because of expectations from others, not because it is their personal passion.
