Who's in the Sean Payton movie? Netflix cast includes Taylor Lautner, Rob Schneider, more

We already knew Kevin James would be cast as Sean Payton in the upcoming Netflix movie, Home Team, but the rest of the cast is lining up as filming gets set to kick off.

An additional 10 adult cast members, including a handful of household names, were announced for the project today. Eight child actors have also signed on for roles in the film, none of which have yet been specified.

The movie, produced by Happy Madison, is set to chronicle the year the New Orleans Saints head coach spent away from the team in 2012, serving a suspension in wake of the "Bountygate" scandal. During that time he coached his son Connor's youth football team.

The project is currently being shot in New Orleans. Payton himself said he has read the script and made some editorial tweaks. The movie is described as "a quirky comedy that will appeal to adults and kids alike," even with New Orleans doing its best impersonation of a Dallas suburb.

Are we sure that Mickey Rourke wouldn't be a closer Sean Payton?

Know what... Never mind, as long as I do not have to listen to Nicholas Cage F%*k up a New Orleans accent again I am good with what ever they put on the screen.

That's an awesome movie by Herzog - such a great meta movie.

I mean you have to have the right mindset to really enjoy that movie, and not take it seriously.

It is a subjective preference thing but I have seen Keitel's Bad Lieutenant which is the meta.

Cage has done 5 in New Orleans, two with that sh1t accent and in one he actually try's to sing (thinks he is Elvis). So yea... no, he has a specific movie type that he is great at but needs to drop the accent attempts. He tried that southern accent crap in Con Air and failed. Great flick just a very bad accent.

I meant filmmaking meta with the Port of Call.

That movie should not be taken at face value and has nothing to do with the Keitel film... I think the BL moniker was slapped on by the studio for marketing reasons.
