I cannot yet see who gets what in the short term. Need to wait for the details of how the $60 million GTD money is apportioned.

Longer term it's simple what Loomis does. He charges against future increases in the salary cap. And for every year except 2020 he's been right on the money. The cap is already scheduled to jump $26 million next year. He'll pay Ramczyk out of those funds and further increases in 2023 and beyond.

It's kinda like what Congress and our State Legislature do with budgets...

Black Swan events like the Wuhan Pandemic are a warning for better fiscal practices and flexibility, but when it comes to sports, fans don't care...

It is extremely sound accounting fundamentals. We learned those principals in my favorite accounting course - Cost Accounting. Loomis has translated it into the NFL realm with the players being material cost. Labor, expenses, and overhead costs are on the management level in the NFL.
