this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I seriously do not understand the difference. I have always been a fan and am fanatical about it I suppose. I have read some say they are only fans because they don't get destroyed over a loss. I get disappointed ...

I seriously do not understand the difference. I have always been a fan and am fanatical about it I suppose. I have read some say they are only fans because they don't get destroyed over a loss. I get disappointed over a loss, but no where near as upset as most around here that claim to be "just fans". When we lose I mostly just move to the next game after a brief respite.
And that brings me to wondering what would be a negative interpretation of being a "fan" versus being a "fanatic? |
