He earned my respect that day. I love it when a player stands up for another player that's being mistreated. That's always been my MO. I don't like unfair treatment of my team mates and I'll find a way to stop it. I will always be a big Kyle Turley fan. He's actually a damn fine musician as well.

If memory serves, Herm Edwards was the coach of the Jets at that time and after the game was the only one mentioning that this all started because of the actions of his player.

Aaron Brooks was getting the business from some dirty Jets players and Turley had his quarterback's back...
Lost respect for Brooks and Haslett over that for throwing Turley under the bus publicly and knew then that their time was up then... |
