Chris Hogan has been a pleasant surprise at camp so far. I think he's going to become a fan favorite before the season kicks off.

I wish I knew. It may have been a tweet or a tweet shared elsewhere. It was before all the rest of stories began hitting everywhere. It distinctly mentioned the violation occurring in June and was not associated with an article of any sort. Just something along the lines of "Saints WR Deonte Harris facing June DUI charges". They obviously had it wrong.

Why do they say "suspicion of DUI?" If his BA was over 3 times the limit he was not suspected of being drunk. He was tanked.
