Ty Montgomery was knicked up at practice, left with trainers.

Hopefully it's only a cramp.

That's promising ...

However it will be interesting to see how Mac handles things when protection breaks down. Can he make plays outside the pocket was my biggest issue with him coming out of college.

Mobility (Fig Newton) vs Accuracy (Jones).

Still to early to tell. Most fans think they have their future QB, but a lot think Scam has enough left to keep them competitive and allow the rookie a year to develop. My guess is Jones will get starts this season weather it be through poor performance by Newton or injury.
