Re: Saints’ Patrick Robinson retires
We have one of the top O and D lines in the NFL.
Arguably the best RB Legit Linebackers Probowl CB, SS, FS Jameis looks the part. Taysom adds another dimension. SO it may not be pretty. Who cares!? This team can still win any game. |

Re: Saints’ Patrick Robinson retires
In fact, Vegas currently has us at +3000 to win the Super Bowl. That the 10th best odds. As a comparison the Patriots are +3500, Steelers +4500, Vikings +5000, Falcons +8000, Carolina +9000. Favorites are KC +500 and Tampon Bay +600.

I fully expect the team to start the season playing disjointed and plenty of miscues. You don't turn over that many players and not suffer from a communication / timing standpoint.
But the core of this team is intact and stronger than ever. Health is key and then little can stop us. |

Re: Saints’ Patrick Robinson retires
As much as I liked having the depth of P-Rob on our roster, I'm reading the tea leaves in a much more positive way - old is making way for the young...
Adebo has had some real good reports lately in training camp; so I'm speculating that the DB room already has an idea of how it's playing out with regards to starters... Robinson probably looked in the mirror, as well as his DOB on his driver's license, and decided the one last hurrah he wanted wasn't happening, so he tapped out... This may be exactly what we need, a steal in the third round stepping up to be a starter right away; sure they'll be growing pains, but by season's end, it should be good... |
It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...
