That almost reads like common sense. Get Thomas back on the field. Let's get through this season. Then decide if the production is worth the remaining dollars to be paid.

This does make sense as long as MT comes in with a positive attitude.

Apparently Thomas and Payton have been talking things through and things are no where near as dire as the press makes it out to be. Par for the course.

I figured as much. It's too easy to bring out the doom and gloom in folks. I don't see this situation as bad as the Pack and Rodgers. The hate for Thomas is comical seeing as though we STILL don't know the whole story.

Honestly a positive attitude has little to do with it. It's football, not patty cake. As long as Thomas is available, producing, and not disrupting the locker room, it should be all good.
