Jameis Winston to start at QB for Saints' second preseason game against Jaguars

Seimian will get his shot to make the roster Monday night. If he doesn't play well he could be a roster cut and we put Book on the final 53 as the third string QB. However if Winston becomes the starter Hill will go back to his Swiss army knife role then Book becomes the back up QB.

Siemian didn't get a snap last week. If he doesn't this week he's gone. Has Payton said he's definitely playing, yet?

Camp arm at best. Ian Book can fill out a lease agreement and not worry.
