The guy broke records not even 2 years ago. You "grumpy old men" type seem to forget this. And I'm 45. He has definitely left a statement in his playing so far. None of you seem to bring this up when Gronk spikes the ball or anyone else doing some form of celebrating, like Brees shaking his fist after a TD. I hate some politicize everything. There's nothing wrong with criticizing things. It's just a bad look when there's zero consistency because......well, you put a political spin on everything.

Politics and sports have to meet when players demonstrate during the national anthem. It is the players that invite it. Not grumpy old men.

Oh stop. It's both. It's always been in sports. It started with Jackie Robinson and the '68 Olympics.

I have a friend who is an Army Ranger. He says that patriotism is defined by what you do for your fellow countrymen. I wish some of you would stop with the national anthem nonsense. You do nothing but prove my point.

Sorry shawnk, but you lost me. What point of yours did I prove? That Kaperdick wearing anti-police socks and *****ing about racial inequities when he was one of the highest paid QBs in the league was a grumpy old man’s fault?

Yeah. Because Gronk is known for ****ting all over his team and being a selfish ******* on social media.

Jimmy Graham used to spike the ball over the uprights. But he loved his team.

And since you brought up politics. I sincerely hope you feel safe when you put your mask on when you go into a restaurant, then take it off when you're sitting down. HUUUUGE difference. When you sit, you're safer. Lol. Keep eating that spoon fed garbage.

The "grumpy old men" weren't huge fans of TO or any of the like that put themselves above the team, BEFORE the kneeling and the BS that has erupted.

You should call them grumpy old Patriots. You obviously lost your way.

We just want to watch football.

I wouldn't lose an ounce of sleep if MT got traded. Loved the WR with a chip on his shoulder. Not a fan of the guy who **** all over a class act QB that left everything on the field.

But that's just my opinion.

Yep. It is your opinion, but this whole post proved my point. I didn't make anything political. Just brought up the BS that you and those like you do.

Carry on.

Once again, wearing a mask is not to protect the wearer ... it is to protect others from the wearer. It is absolutely astounding that a few people do not understand this very simple concept. It truly calls into question the rest of their arguments. Keeping a mask on limits the possible shedding to the table, not the entire path to and from the table.
