This was a rhetorical sarcastic somewhat amusing question... I think we all know his background. XM radio is not a source this peasant in Mandeville relies on.

Understood. XM has been a must for me for many years. Probably twenty years or so, if not longer.

What I love about the NFL Radio channel is that its only affiliation with the NFL is that it is their subject. Unlike the NFL Channel on TV which is owned by the NFL, everyone on NFL Radio is employed by SiriusXM which is owned by Liberty Media Corporation. Unlike NFL Network, they are free to share all the criticism they wish of the NFL. The guests are mostly local beat writers and others not associated with the NFL directly. Great info!

Even Brees himself did it to himself on SNF. The Brees knows, has been knowing for years. We may never know until we are six feet under, but I believe Brees and SP had a deal in place for Brees to retire before TB became available. We find out later TB actually wanted to come here. Brees' pride, methinks, got the better of him and he re-upped for this two year deal, the dead money of which we're seeing now. Brady went to TB, we got Jameis whom began his apprenticeship under SP/Brees, and the rest is history.

Maybe long term we win. Just how many more seasons can TB jam in. If SP can do with Jameis what he did with Brees, maybe we do. Let's enjoy the show for now.

Could not agree more, Smash, with any of that. I saw the same where Brees basically said he couldn't make the Winston throws anymore.
