Solid take. I didn't realize we have more interceptions than sacks thus far. That will change the second half of the season ... we are eventually getting David O, Kwon, and Davenport back. As Deuce said, we are essentially acquiring 3 quality free agents on defense late in the season.

Think you meant Armstead at All-Pro, but McCoy, too. And getting Tre'Quan back will help, as well.

Agreed, speed, size, good hands. I feel Payton will never accept it though and keep forcing the QB hand at him.

If you want a proven, reliable pass-catching tight end, you'd have to trade for one.

Cards traded for Ertz today. Kyler Murray and that bunch will be dangerous in the postseason.

Compensation was a 2022 5th round pick & CB T Gowan.

Wow! He would have been a great addition. Don’t know if his contract/salary would have fit.

I seriously doubt Tampa Bay would have been open to trading either Brate or Howard and especially not to their closest competition in the division.
