Just imagine how well Winston can play when Payton takes the blinders off.

sure will be nice when Payton starts treating Winston like a starting, veteran QB as opposed to a first year rookie.....that we've seen so far

You may want to rethink that statement. You and mapcow have a lot more in common than I thought.

Yea he’s not getting a fair shake. He had two of the best receivers in the NFL to work with in Tampa, he had crap here and has done what’s been asked. When and if Thomas gets back the playbook will open up. It wouldn’t hurt to keep Taysom out there all the time anywhere but Qb.

Taysom should be our starting TE. He could be a potential all-pro if that was the focus.

Agreed, speed, size, good hands. I feel Payton will never accept it though and keep forcing the QB hand at him.

It all stems back to Coach Payton's love of the Razzle Dazzle.
Ever since that on-sides kick against the Colts a few memorable years ago he has never been the same.
I also blame it on the Juicy Fruit there's something in that gum that turns him Fungo..
