So to be clear, you're saying that signing Verity right after he got cut after preseason and before the Saints signed the two veteran kickers would have cost much much more than the scenario we're currently undergoing. What is a rookie UDFA salary? What is the min salary of veteran NFL kickers? One can arguably say one of these kickers may have cost one game from the two we lost.
