An injury to a player (like Davenport) is understandable. Even though I have frequently dissed on his selection I have no doubt he has/is doing what he can to get on the field. That claim can not be made of Thomas. By some accounts he did what he could to avoid playing. The team is currently deciding if there is anything that can be done to help clear up the mess he helped make. His (Rugby) thoughts are relevant and timely.
