Not after the trade deadline. All players have to go through waiver process. I think it is to prevent "wink/wink" trades. You know, I'll release my player if you release yours and they both agree to sign with the other team. Before the deadline they would just be traded.

Short answer is: No.

D Jack has been a one trick pony (Go routes) since he was playing for the Eagles...and an expensive, often lame pony at that. Hard pass.
