And yes, PI should be reviewable. Spot fouls are BS. I think Williams just made a mistake. I think he was afraid of a PI call. He was clearly trying to get out of the way, not to make a play on the WR. Maybe his brain froze. It's unfortunate, but I don't see it as a conspiracy. The Rams game? That call? Nobody will ever convince me the fix wasn't in there. It could be that the defender was taught hey, when you're busted, you might as well carry on with it. That's what the defender would have us believe with his interpretation as I remember it. Could be true. Remember that was a no call right in front of the ref who clearly saw it. Oh yes the fix was in. Looking right at it... |
