I think he's going to play. But if he doesn't, we still should prepare as if he is. Strahan sitting out would definately increase our chances of leaving with a win.

Definitely think he's going to play. He's not even listed on the injury report for the Giants.
I think that if Brown can hold Strahan to 0 sacks like he did to Peppers, it'll be proof that we have a bonafide future Pro-Bowler on our hands. Go get em Jammal! |

RE: Looks like Strahan won
After the way our line handled Peppers and the far better Carolina front four, I'm not worried about NYG with or without Strahan, though it looks like it will be without.
Game airs at 7:30 eastern sweetheart. |

RE: Looks like Strahan won
Hugs & kisses Charlie Brown.
Strahan hurt will certainly help our chances - I remember him eating Turley alive. Remember the first game post 9/11? We played the Giants in Giant stadium, first matchup after the attack... Public sympathy was with NY after that tragedy, and it was reflected in the officiating. It was so bad that some Giants fans came over and apologized to us while we were watching the game in a bar. First and only time I've ever seen that happen. Needless to say, I've been hoping for payback ever since. This time the sympathy factor should be reversed. |
can anyone help me id this tune? it goes thwap thwap boom tch boom tch boom tch.

I don't want any damn sympathy factor, thats for sure. I want to go out on a level playing field, just us against them, and I want the Saints to smash it down their throats. They can keep their sympathy, we can keep the win.

RE: Looks like Strahan won
Strahan would do well to missed this game. Jammal is a very physical blocker and under the tutalege of Bentley, I'm sure his mean streak is getting longer. If a Dlineman is injured or vulnarable to injury I don't think they need to line up against the Saints right now. (Look at Kris Jenkins last week)
