Rail wasn’t acting in an NFL capacity so he’s not bound by NFL terminology. His point was clear; Taysom was not out there playing as he was last
week. But you just have to stick your nose in and pipe up with some BS that has nothing to do with that point in order to get recognition. But I guess you have to find something to be anal and controlling about.
