Losing Kamara, Ramczyk, Gardner, Tanoh, Turner have been too big losses for this team to overcome competitively...

Have actually been impressed we competed as well as we have...

This team top to bottom is better than some fans are willing to admit. There is the old saying that injuries are not an excuse, but there are those in the game, however, that say injuries ARE a reason. Without injuries we could easily be 9-1 right now.

Well, this is my last game of the season to attend due to travel schedule in December. Hopefully we will witness a good game. Happy Thanksgiving fellow Black and Goldians!

Trevor has had enough chances.

I hope Hill starts on Thursday.

We'll be there, too. I'm really hoping Taysom gets the start. We need a spark.

You could have included Winston on that list as well. He was doing surprisingly well. I hope he's back next year.

Based on CSP comments to reporters over the last couple of weeks, Ian has a long way to go. I definitely wouldn't throw a rookie QB to face teams like the Bills, Dallas, Tampa & Panthers 2.0.

Apparently, Saints coaches see something (or lack thereof) at practice that is preventing him from "starter" consideration.

He's simply not ready.

Re: Saints vs Bills Pre-Game Discussion

Yeah. Plus a dude with 0 NFL starts, behind a patchwork OL with 0 weapons to speak of...I feel like starting him now will destroy his confidence (along with his body).

I'm good with grooming him to be a possible starter in future years however, loved him in college. I just don't want to see him get ruined right now!

After watching the press conference today seems like Trevor Siemian going to start. God I hope there is a bunch of Taysom Hill plays this game. The O needs some type of spark.

The injury list is almost unbearable to look at.

But he's still here

Re: Saints vs Bills Pre-Game Discussion

We really could use Gardner this game - it's got his name written all over it...

Comfortable knowing Marshon would have no trouble locking down Diggs, but those heavy nickel/safety matchups on their slot and tight ends could be trouble...

Maybe DeMario, Werner, and Kwon can lock down the TEs; Malcolm Jenkins was getting used like a toy by Goedert last week...

And our DEs are gonna be exhausted in we fall behind early with our rotational depth out on injury...

It’s hard to step it up when you’re on the field for almost 40 minutes. The lack of offensive drives are causing the defense to fizzle out early. Plus, you can’t even make in game adjustments on defense cause you have to go back out after a 3 and out. Some guys prolly aren’t even getting Gatorade because of the lack of sustained offensive drives, let alone a breather.

In all the years I've been around don't remember it this bad. It's like we can't get a break not even a little one.
I shutter to think how really bad it could have been if we hadn't picked up Ingram. And now I see he's banged up that's a double Sheesh....

I can't find another team in the league that is playing without their starters at QB, WR, RB, TE, RT, LG.

Incredible.

Edit: Just saw Davenport is out too? Damn.

Unreliable sources saw Coach Payton in the Home Depot warehouse looking for Linemen.

You are absolutely correct. Still, DEFENSE HAS TO STEP IT UP.

I'm surprised the Saints haven't placed Kamara on IR. A knee sprain can last for several weeks if not a month ...
