Ok, sorry if I mistook your point. You said “ It took JJ Watt 6 years in the NFL...”. But It didn’t is my point. Watt had 20 sacks in his Second season. He did not take years to develop. Saying it took him a while to have success in the league is not true in my opinion.n Especially when comparing him to Davenport.

Heck, look at Hendrickson. He has 13 sacks already for Cincy this year. Compare his career production to Davenport’s why don’t you?! T-rex didn’t cost 2 first round picks like Davenport did. It cracks me up how people are amazed that a guy that was drafted at spot number 14 is finally living up to his potential. I’m pulling for him 100 percent. I want him to be Laurence Taylor. But come on, let’s get real. He hasn’t earned it yet.

We let Armstead walk because even though he was good he was mostly unavailable. I really really like Davenport but he can't stay healthy either. I'd like to give him a three year extension at a fair price for what he's given us so far.
