Shame on the league for allowing this game to be played.

Nailed it! :biggun: Would the Patriots not be rescheduled by Godhell?

Not from what I heard. Not if it was a Monday night game. Delaying it until Tuesday or Wednesday probably wouldn't have made any difference in player availability and would have lost the Monday night market share. Any later would not have left any prep time for their week 17 games. Moving it was an impossibility regardless of which teams were involved simply because it was a Monday game.

The league knew exactly what they were doing by not postponing/rescheduling. I didn't expect them to do us any favors anyway.

They knew exactly what they were doing. They were following the contractual obligation to provide a Monday night matchup for ESPN. It's as simple as that. Had the game been scheduled in any other time slot it would have been rescheduled.

Not too much to glean from the game last night. With so many pieces missing it is an anomaly.

A description that someone mentioned of Book a couple of days ago fit well ... skittish. I realize he didn't have much time due to the makeshift offensive line, but not only didn't I see him advance past the first read, he also appeared to leave the pocket before making a read at all on occasion. We had receivers open all night, but ball was seldom delivered more than two yards downfield.

Even though shorthanded somewhat the defense really looked good again.

I was surprised the special teams did as well as they did with so many players missing.

Dolphin fans were far less obnoxious than most other visiting fans this season.

Too bad the Dolphin fans anywhere within 100 yards of you can’t say the same thing.

You sitting in the same section? ;) I am extremely respectful to visiting visiting fans. They are good for the local economy. From what I have heard from those visiting fanbases the Saints fans in general are among the most friendly in the league.

-Glad Brees didn't unretire. He wouldn't have left the game under his own power.
-Worst OLine performance I've seen in a long time. How, as a professional, you can't at least get your body between you and the QB is atrocious.
-If Ruiz can play center and McCoy guard, that's what they need to do. Ruin is not a guard and may not be a NFL caliber player.
-Horrible game plan. Spread them 4 wide and get it off for better or worse. To allow them to pound Book was darn near criminal.
-The defense deserves to be in the playoffs.
-The bottom line is, in today's covid world,, for 6 months it's your job to limit your contacts for your team and career. Is it easy? Nope. Does it suck? Yep. Is is possible to be cautious and still get infected? Absolutely. But, it's a results business. The Saints failed..
-Semi wish the Saints would forfeit the last two and prevent anyone else from getting hurt.
-Hoping the Saints kick ass in the lat two. 😁 WHO DAT!
