Re-read. I said you were ACTING like Brooks raped your pet goldfish. You, on the other hand, asked me if Brooks got me pregnant, as a direct question, and implied I was hoping to get pregnant (??). Anyway, this whole thing is stupid. Do you honestly view anything you have said toward me in the last hour as some type of one upsmanship? You haven't even come close. But if, in your mind, you have.......then I suppose I'll back away now until I get dragged down further to your level, since apparently a feeling of victory will lead to you finally shutting the ever-living hell up.

Feeling of victory? I have no idea how to respond to a guy who made it his personal mission today to respond to EVERY negative post about Aaron Brooks all day long from anyone? Feeling of victory? Then you had the feeling you needed to be insulting in those responses to more than just me. Yes, Gambler, it is me who needs a feeling of victory. You win again man. Then you try to explain off thinking of Aaron Brooks raping anything? Why would that even cross your mind? Yes this whole thing is stupid, and it just gets dumber as you try to play like "you are above all of this." You brought it here, and can;t take the heat. Keep your posts above board and we won't have this problem. Or should we ask mjf how much respect you show other posters in your responses?

You're talking about the same guy who referred to me as Aaron Brooks's mom in the first post he directed towards me, right?

At least he didn't suggest Aaron Brooks might have raped anything remotely having to do with you. I mean, you are defending him in EVERY thread. I see the loss has gotten to you though, and maybe you aren't thinking right, or maybe you are just upset so many people jumped on Brooks. It's all good. A week ago it was me against the world. Thus is the life of a Saints fan, and a Brooks supporter/non-supporter. I doubt this will be the first or last time this season either of us is wearing these hats. Now you can continue ranting if you want, and defend Brooks all week if need be, but I have said what I needed to say.

Yeah the Saints got screwed on a couple of calls, but they also had some go their way, i.e. the roughing the passer call or the overturned call on the punt fumble. We needed more running game and fewer mistakes in the redzone. DS (#83) is gonna break out this year, just look at his stats from this game, needs more YAC though. And oh yeah did anyone happen to notice DH's 3 catches, not many yards but at least one is what I would call clutch and got out of bounds, Would someone please make us an offer for Hakim, maybe the Vikings would be interested???

Maybe they should consider rotating A-Mac and AB, it might spread the defense if they think the qb is ballsy enough to tuck it and run it, I mean it couldn't get much worse could it?

He ran well against Carolina but only once or twice against the Giants...I think it takes more to make it a real threat...If ever there was a case FOR Inbreeding or genetic engineering would be the exciting melding of AB's strong arm and respectful accuracy and Vick's speed. AB runs well when he has to, Vick runs well and fast the instant he sees there is nothing there...I'll give AB this though he hangs back longer than he should sometimes because he's got JH and DS somewhere downfield trying to get open...not the case in Atlanta.

The problem is, when he waits that long, Brooks forces it into double and triple coverage. If you wait that long you either run or throw the ball to an open scrambling receiver. If you can't find one, DO NOT force the ball. Throw the ball out of bounds!

I will be less frustrated if I see Brooks throw the ball out of bounds on third down because we can punt the ball down field. When he forces it, he tends to throw interceptions which gives the other team great field position.

Bottom line: If we can't manage to pick up the first down, punt the ball. Don't throw an interception.
