Week 18 Power Rankings
Hey, we're in the top 20!
19. New Orleans Saints (8-8) Previous ranking: 18 Choosing the right quarterback in 2022 is obviously the top priority for a Saints team that has used five different QBs over the past calendar year. Jameis Winston probably remains the front-runner, but the Saints will consider all options -- blockbuster and otherwise -- because Winston is an unsigned free agent recovering from a torn ACL. Regardless of whom they choose, the Saints must surround their next QB with better pass-catchers and a more complete offensive line. Injuries were a major factor in 2021. WR Michael Thomas missed the entire season, while linemen Terron Armstead, Ryan Ramczyk and Andrus Peat missed ample time. Now the Saints will face some tough financial decisions about how many of those guys they can bring back in 2022, in addition to adding more reinforcements. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...-every-team#NO |

Re: Week 18 Power Rankings
Kinda off topic but I've noticed the Saints have quite a few FA's for 2022.
TArmstead, Marcus W, PJ, Dwayne Washington, Ty Montgomery, Granderson, Tuttle, Juwan, Ninja Tuttle, etc. <--- all contributors. Can't keep them all though. We could see quite a few different faces next season. |

Marcus Williams will break the bank. PJ Williams might replace Malcolm Jenkins as a starter with Jenkins retiring or becoming a cap casualty. Washington is gone. Montgomery is gone. I can see Granderson getting paid big bucks in free agency. Juwan resigns. Tuttle probably resigns. |

I agree with everything else especially the PJ thing I think he earned that opportunity to take over that spot with how he's played just has to stay healthy. We need a NB behind CJ his play sometimes gets pushed aside because his personality is contagious on the field, but he has to be consistent as well
